• an icon that the community creator uploads, ideally 200 pixels square
• a description which is a longer explanation of the content and perhaps the membership permissions
• a URL which can be used to link to the community page from other sites
• notification options about new content or activity
• viewing permissions which limit who can see community activity and who can join the community
